SMS no longer supported in office group messages

Office group messages are no longer supported via SMS. All office administrators who send group messages to their agents will reach only those whose profiles are set up with email and/or the Touchbase app.

In order to ensure that all messages are delivered instantly, we have limited office group messages to the Touchbase platform, including the mobile app. This means that your office group messages are only sent to your agents whose profiles are set up to receive emails and/or those using Touchbase via our mobile app, on their tablet, or on their computer.

If you feel that some of your agents might miss out on important communications because their profile is only setup with SMS, you can provide them with this link and encourage them to download our mobile app for free.
