It's easier than ever to ask for pertinent feedback following a showing on one of your properties.
To set up custom feedback forms, open your Touchbase mobile app and go to Settings. Select Showing feedback from the list.
Under feedback forms, select Mange forms. Here you can add as many custom forms as you wish. Here's how to set up your first custom feedback form:
You can now start adding questions to your form! There are various question formats available, including:
These questions are useful for questions such as ''What was the overall impression?'', ''Did the buyer feel this house was fairly priced?'', or ''Likelihood of receiving an offer.''.
This type of question can be especially helpful if you are asking specific questions, such as ''Will buyer make an offer?'', Yes/No questions, and so on.
Select this type of question if you want to leave the showing/buyer agent room for details. It is always a good idea to leave this space for extra comments, questions or observations.
Once your form is ready, you can select Preview to visualize the form. You can rearrange the order of the questions by holding your finger down on the question and dragging to reorder. Continue to tweak it until you are satisfied with your new feedback form. It is a good idea to ask questions that are specific to each property, so you get feedback that is interesting for both you and your client(s).
Remember to click Save modifications.
You can now clone your form and modify it accordingly, or use the same form for multiple properties. Next, we'll explain how to attach your custom feedback form to a listing.
Return to the Settings section and click on Showing feedback, as you did earlier. This time, instead of clicking Manage forms, select Manage feedback forms by listing. You will then see a list of all your properties, with an overview of the form that is attached to that listing. To modify this, simply click on the arrow on the bottom-right of the listing. You will see a drop-down with all your custom feedback forms. Choose the one you want, and you're done!
