New: Assistant interface for web and mobile Disconnect button on the Touchbase SM2 app

The assistant interface has been designed to mirror the interface used by agents for a consistent experience. This new and useful tool introduces several additional features tailored for assistants.

• Seamless team account switching: Easily switch between all the members of your team's Touchbase accounts for more efficient collaboration.
• Access to your inbox: Stay connected and receive messages directly in your own active inbox.
• Integrate Touchbase calendar: Visualize all your team's appointments from the Touchbase calendar without having to switch accounts.
  
  It's important to note that the existing interface will remain available. Assistants will have the flexibility to switch between the current interface and the new interface based on their specific needs.

Mobile accessibility:  The new assistant interface is not limited to desktop use. You can also access it on your mobile phone by downloading the Touchbase SM2 app. Simply select your board and enter your credentials, just like you would to access the web platform.

With this new feature, both agents and assistants can easily close the app on their mobile device.

What's more, even when the app is closed, users won't miss a beat as notifications will still appear. This means they can stay connected, even when they are not actively using the app.
