Discover the Touchbase Buyer’s Tour: Save time and wow your buyers!

The Buyer’s Tour feature replaces your previous Multi Showing feature. 

How it works:

• Add listings directly to your cart from MLS‍
• In Touchbase, to create a tour: select listings from your cart or search by address, MLS number or the name of the listing agent
• Add destinations and waypoints to your tour
• Optimise your schedule based on driving time and property showing availability
• View a driving map to choose the best route
• Send all requests at once
• Easily share the tour schedule with buyers via email

Mobile accessibility:  The new Buyer’s Tour works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile. To access it on your mobile phone, download the Touchbase SM2 app. Simply select your board and enter your credentials, just like you would to access the web platform.
