Click on the report section and choose ‘’with a specific contact’’
Enter the name of the contact and fill in the required fields
Display report or export report
1- add an external contact,
click on: My listings / the listing / send notice / add a recipient
Click on New contact, fill in the required fields and SAVE at the bottom
2 - add another member,
click on: My listings / the listing / send notice / add a recipient / Search for a member
Enter the beginning of the name and the whole name will come up. Click on it and the name will place itself in the appropriate field
Click on Add
The name of the member you added is now in the list of names in Send notice..
If you decide to delete that name, you can use the bin to remove that name.
3 - add the seller
click on: My listings / the listing / Seller details
Fill in appropriate fields including email and Notice on property ‘’Yes’’ in the notification grid.
The seller’s name is now in the list of recipients for the Send notice.
To change the settings for him not to receive those types of messages anymore, you will need to access the Notification grid in Seller details and turn the notice on property in the notification grid back to ‘’No’’
All the reports will be available for 4 years instead of 2 , you can already select the starting date of your reports as far back as the 8th of November 2020
