Listing Dispatch

The Listing Dispatch grid is designed to help you delegate messages when working within a team. It allows you to choose where your incoming messages go. 

You can also determine who in your team receives which messages, and when.

For example, you could decide that you want to receive all incoming showing requests during office hours, and assign all incoming showing requests outside of office hours to your second listing agent.

To modify your default listing dispatch in Touchbase, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your settings.
  2. Click on 'Listing Dispatch'.
  3. You will then be presented with the listing dispatch grid.
  4. Click on the line you wish to edit. This will open a new window.
  5. In this new window, you will have the ability to configure each type of message for this person.
  6. Once you have made the necessary adjustments, don't forget to hit 'Save' at the bottom.

Office hours are controlled by admins, so if you aren’t sure what they are, you can check with your office administrator.
