The Listing Dispatch grid is designed to help you delegate messages when working within a team. It allows you to choose where your incoming messages go.
You can also determine who in your team receives which messages, and when.
For example, you could decide that you want to receive all incoming showing requests during office hours, and assign all incoming showing requests outside of office hours to your second listing agent.
This feature is currently being migrated to the mobile version of Touchbase, but for now you can access it by logging into Touchbase on a computer or tablet, and clicking on the Touchbase Classic button at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Here you will see the Listing Dispatch grid. Click on any cell to open the dropdown menu which contains the following options: Always, Never, On Office Hours, and Out of Office Hours.
Office hours are controlled by admins, so if you aren’t sure what they are, you can check with your office administrator.
