How to archive messages

You can archive all your messages at once, either from your Touchbase mobile app or via our website.

To archive a single message, you can swipe it to the left or to the right.

If you would like to archive some or all the messages in your Active Inbox, you can simply follow these steps:

Go to Active Inbox
Click on the icon to the left of the message you would like to archive
The icons will become checkboxes - check off the ones you would like to archive, or select All at the top of the screen
Click on Archive


