Calendar Synchronization

IMPORTANT: The calendar feed is "read-only". If you edit any item in a third-party calendar, those changes will NOT be reflected/saved in Submittable. If you edit a calendar date in Submittable, your third-party calendar will be updated, but the frequency depends on which calendar you use.

The Calendar Synchronization feature allows you to link your regular calendar to your Touchbase calendar, so that you can see all your appointments in one place.

To set up calendar sync on PC:

1) Login to www.touchbaserealestate.com

2) Go to Settings > Calendar Synchronization

3) Click Activate calendar synchronization

4) Click on copy link to clipboard

5) Open Google Calendar

6) Click on the 3 dots beside Add calendar (at the left, middle of the screen)

7) Select Add calendar from url

8) Paste the url in the url field

9) Save

On a Mac:

  1. In the Calendar app  on your Mac, choose File > New Calendar Subscription.
  2. Enter the calendar’s web address, then click Subscribe.
  3. Enter a name for the calendar in the Name field, then click the adjacent pop-up menu and choose a color.
  4. Click the Location pop-up menu, then choose an account for the subscription.
  • If you choose your iCloud account, the calendar is available on all your computers and devices that are set up with iCloud.
  • If you choose On My Mac, the calendar is saved on your computer.
  1. To get the calendar’s event attachments or alerts, deselect the appropriate Remove checkboxes.
  2. Click the Auto-refresh pop-up menu, then choose how often to update the calendar.
  3. To prevent alerts from appearing for this calendar, select “Ignore alerts.”
  4. Click OK.

To make changes later, click the name of the calendar, then choose Edit > Get Info.

From your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account > Other. Tap Add Subscribed Calendar. Enter the URL and save.

Unsubscribe from a calendar

If you want to stop subscribing to someone else’s calendar, you can unsubscribe from it.

In the Calendar app on your Mac, Control-click the calendar in the calendar list, then choose Unsubscribe.If you don’t see the calendar list on the left, choose View > Show Calendar List.
