The Touchbase calendar automatically updates with each new showing confirmed through Touchbase.
To access the calendar, simply select Calendar from the main menu of your Touchbase mobile app.
Dates with appointments are indicated by a small triangle in the bottom right corner of the date on your calendar.
To see an overview of your daily appointments, select the date. A list will appear with the information for each appointment. You can expand each one by selecting it from the list. This will bring you to the conversation thread of the booking. You can then proceed to take actions such as Modify, Cancel/Non-confirm or Send Other message.
Your calendar offers List, Day, or Month views. The + option allows you to add custom events or request a showing.
