To generate a board report, start by logging into Touchbase.
Touchbase can be incredibly useful for measuring agent activity and usage.
Simply choose the From and To dates, and then click the >>> button to the left of the report you would like to generate. A window will pop up - this may take some time, depending on the size of the report you are generating.
