We have improved the Touchbase app so that you can now view the details of a showing request from your home screen.
This push notification, when clicked, will bring you directly to the message thread, where you can reply via Touchbase using the reply button. This feature is currently on line for Android devices, with an update for iOS coming soon.
You can also use the call back button if you are viewing your messages on a smartphone. To do this, simply click on the Call icon at the bottom of the conversation. This will open your phone app and allow you to call the number indicated by the requesting agent.
If the message was sent via your office, the admin who took the message can enter any phone number, including external contacts.
